Three ways to work with me on a real AI subject.

I work with leaders who have a real AI subject — not a POC to validate, not a generic transformation file. Three formats exist, from advisory to end-to-end build.

All delivery missions (Model III) are operated by LeadsFlowAI. Advisory (Models I and II) remains personal and confidential by default.

Out of scope

The advisory engagement does not include operational delivery (build, integrations, run). When delivery is needed, it is carried by LeadsFlowAI or a qualified partner, under a separate contract. This separation preserves judgement independence.

When building is needed

LeadsFlowAI builds, integrates and operates agentic architectures. The advisory → delivery transition is explicit, contracted separately, and never automatic.
